Returns Policy

Step 1: Check if your product meets all the conditions for returning a product.

Step 2: Contact Easy Fashion Ltd Customer Service to submit a complaint / request for return.

Step 3: Fill in the return form given with the invoice.

Step 4: Choose your preferred method of product return when you call Customer Service

Step 5: Your returned product will go through a Quality Check.

Step 6: If validated, you will get product Return / Replacement.


*  You must show the original Customer Copy of the Invoice to authenticate your purchase, at the time of handing over the product.

How do I request for a return ?

Option 1: Communicating with us by Facebook page or website.
Option 2: By calling Easy Fashion Ltd. Customer Service on (+880)1713429333
Option 3: Directly drop off the product at our any showroom or by post by a Courier Service.
Option 4: Request online by clicking on My Account followed by clicking on the Return/Replacement section then “Request new Return”.

Return Conditions and Policies

1. If the product is damaged or is defective at the time of delivery.
2. If the product ordered, is not the right size or does not fit.
3. If the product’s color is not one which was expected or a wrong color was delivered. (But the color mismatch must be significant for any returns)
4. You have to return products within three calendar days of purchasing the products.
5. There is no refund policy in Easy Fashion Ltd.
6.  Showroom Return Policies: You can replace any of your products with the same categorized product from nearest showroom of Easy Fashion Ltd. (Instantly) 
Pickup Return Policies: It will take three business days to get back your requested return products.
7. For Pickup Return Policies, we will make maximum 3 attempts at picking up the product. In an event where, after 3 attempts, you have failed to handover 
the product to us, we will cancel your request for return, replacement or refund.
8. Our Customer Service will arrange for pick-up of the product from your address, free of delivery charge.
A customer requesting for a Return or Replacement must have the following with their product:
1. The Product must be in fresh condition and must not have any signs of usage.
2. The Product must have proper folding, fabric pins, clips or collar pads it came with in the original delivery.
3. The Product must have all the initial packaging (poly, bags or paper wrapping), box, and tags it came with at the time of delivery.

5. If the above conditions does not fit to your return products you will not be eligible for the return request.
