This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in Human Resources, fostering professional development, teamwork, and innovation within a dynamic fashion industry environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and screening candidate applications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and support the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and training programs.
- Help develop and refine HR policies and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and contribute to day-to-day HR operations.
Education
- Bachelor Degree in any Discipline.
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 30 years
- Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
- Candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
