Job Context
Candidates interested in the position of E-commerce Executive (Contractual) at Easy Fashion Limited’s Online Outlet should submit their application with all relevant information. Selected candidates will be notified of the interview date via SMS, depending on the availability of the position.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyse digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Convert conversations into sales to meet targets.
- Capture orders from Social media platforms and our website.
- Problem-solving & Target-achieving attitude.
- Track orders, deal with the Delivery Person, & Solve the Delivery issues.
- Create Orders in a spreadsheet and upload them to the delivery Portal.
- Maintain Stock and capture knowledge about product variations.
- Make great teamwork to achieve the ultimate success of the company.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, and new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Honours
Additional Requirements
- Age: At most 28 years.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: E-commerce, F-commerce, Customer service, fashion/clothing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Data entry, and WordPress CMS.
- Education Qualification will be relaxed for Experienced Candidates.
- Knowledge of graphics design and Digital marketing tools will be preferable.
Salary
- TK. 16,000 – 25,000 (Monthly)
