Job Context:

• One of the leading Garments Company in Bangladesh is looking for IT Assistant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Installing, configuring and maintaining different types of operating system (Windows, macOS) and applications.
• Provide all types of IT support like Assembling a New PC, Laptop & Notebook.
• Microsoft Windows OS-10 properly installation & Driver Setup, Different software installation.
• Provide support to all users for networking, internet facility and smooth working of desktop, laptop, printer, scanner, e-mail etc.
• Setup, technical Support & troubleshooting office computers, Scanner, Multimedia Projector, Normal Printer, Network Printer etc.
• Ensure windows patches & updates are up to date on all workstations & servers.
• Installation and troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Photocopier, Scanner and relevant ICT gadgets and make replacement parts as and when required.
• Must be able to write Bengali (Bijoy) & English well in computer application.
• Assist & Train end users on IT systems, Maintain IT Products warranty Files.
• Ensure relevant departments smooth activities and usage of ERP software.
• Participate in managing all network security solutions, Ensure company data security with relevant activities

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Engineering

Skills Required:

• Computer Hardware Assembling, IT File Management, Computer Hardware Troubleshooting, Computer skill etc.

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year(s).
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Antivirus and Firewalls, Garments Industry, Hardware networking, IT Files Management, IT Support Service etc.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments.
