Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Network Engineer with MTCNA certification to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking principles and protocols, along with practical experience in network administration and troubleshooting. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to support business operations.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and access points.
• Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network requirements are met for new projects and initiatives.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in networking technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• MTCNA certification (MikroTik Certified Network Associate) is required.
• Proven experience in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Network Tunnel, (EOIP, L2TP) TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Experience with network security technologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Experience:

• Minimum 02 years of working experience in the relevant job role.
